Specialized in Organic Chemistry (CPE Lyon) and Biotechnology (Université Technologique de Compiègne), Eric also holds a MBA from HEC Paris. He has been driving Research and Innovation at several global companies: Coletica/Engelhard during 15 years, LVMH during 7 years and Essilor International during 5 years.
Fascinated by research in life science, he is a recognized skin expert and has organized multiple international symposiums on Longevity, Stem Cells, Asian skin specificities, Melanocytes, etc.
When they both met, Jean-Noël Thorel convinced Eric of the value that NAOS has always brought to the cosmetic industry by challenging the status quo. Eric therefore decided to join NAOS two years ago to contribute to its ambitious transformation journey by driving the Research and Innovation programs (for the brands Bioderma, Institut Esthederm
and Etat Pur and even beyond).
Eric’s goal is to develop ecobiology as a new standard for the development of health and cosmetic solutions serving
all patients and customers.
