Philippe Compagnion is a transformation expert inviting leaders to embrace a post-materialist perspective. Philippe started his career in IT. He has worked several years in strategy consultancy and later joined Vivendi Universal where he successively managed product marketing then strategy for SFR, and became CEO of internet subsidiaries of the Vivendi group.
Philippe joined Egon Zehnder early 2006 where he specialized for 10 years in leadership development, focusing
on the notions of meaning and ethics in business and social governance.
Since 2016, he brings his contribution to various transformative initiatives intending to serve all life and to respect deep human nature, inviting leaders to embrace a post-materialist perspective. Philippe was born in 1964, is married
and has 4 children. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc from Sup Télécom and an MSc from Ecole Polytechnique
